LIVING IN THAILAND WITH A GUARDIAN VISA

The Guardian Visa is a wonderful opportunity for your family to reside in Thailand. This visa option allows you to fully immerse yourselves in the vibrant culture of the country, while providing an exceptional educational experience for your children.

The Non-Immigrant O (Guardian) Visa is issued to a foreigner whose Non-Thai child is (or will be) studying in Thailand. You need to obtain this visa from the Royal Thai Embassy/Consulate and are required to submit supporting documents from the school your child will attend.
