Since August 2020, we were thrilled to introduce the International Early Years Curriculum (IEYC) to our Early Years program. This curriculum incorporates international best practices in the development needs for 2-5+ year olds. It prides itself on a play-based approach that covers all curriculum areas including personal, social, and emotional development.
What is the IEYC?
The IEYC is designed around four Learning Strands that support your child’s learning and development:
- Independence & interdependence
- Communicating
- Enquiring
- Healthy living & physical wellbeing
At LANNA, we consider these essential to help your child learn, grow, and develop. We believe that learning should be motivating, engaging and fun. Learning based on the IEYC curriculum opens up a world of wonder for children where personal interests and skills can flourish.
New Facilities to Promote IEYC & Overall Learning
As part of an integral part for the improvements of our curriculum, we’ve recently expanded our indoor and outdoor learning areas. These spaces aim to instill a love of learning in our students, and encourage curiosity and student-centred learning.
With our campus expansion and new IEYC curriculum, we strive to offer your child one of the best international school experiences in the region.
